In 1978 Vittorio Perna and his wife Franca decided to bring to Rome the culinary tradition of ciociaria, a renowned region between Rome and Naples.
Located very close by the Vatican City, the restaurant is an authentic journey in the typical 'Ciociara' cuisine. You will have the opportunity to taste the typical starters of the region and our amatriciana served inside a 33kg wheel of 'Pecorino cheese'. Moreover, you can continue your unique "Ciociara" experience with our pizzas, the grilled meat or the local fresh fish. Your culinary journey will also include the hand-made deserts, daily prepared by Mrs Franca with her longstanding family recipes.
